lookin pretty good so far. i'm indifferent about the altezzas but the antenna on the back is rather large. any plans for it in the future?

After posting this thread and after seeing the comments posted back I realized... Why am I so concerned with looks anyway? I have an EX, with performance mods...

Well I might actually loose the XM antenna and put it back in my truck, but maybe not, maybe just get a smaller antenna. Who knows, not a main concern. I have plans on putting a PC with over 27,000 songs on it in there, that's my beginning of the summer project. I'm pretty much done with this car, except I still have the thought of boosting it, we'll see though. I have a truck I would like to get finished by the end of the summer also.

I only read your profile, that's why there was a question mark at the end of my statement. If you don't have one you should probably state that then and maybe not leave it open for people to guess. Isn't that what profiles are for?

its up to you whether you leave it on or not. i bought the SSM antenna from the accord. its not the smallest in the world but its color matched so i like it.

Actually no, I haven't, at least not yet. I moved here in November of 2004. I used to live in Brick. There are a few people in the area that I have met that are on this site and ClubCivic.

I'm not positive you do or don't, since you have no pics of anything except the outside. I'm not looking to start sh*t, I'm just saying if you don't have it why even mention it?

because it's funny, no? i have an otherwise stock civic sedan and people complement me on my CAI, but i'm completely stock as far as engine mods go

Yeah I was looking at those when the Accords came out with stock XM. The 27,000 songs I have seem a little better than XM anyway ;-)

You're right, the CAI's are pretty damn loud on Civics aren't they...

not really quicker with performance mods. off the line you're no better, or even worse, than a stock LX. the weight difference plays a pretty good role in that too

Quicker? comparing stock civics in a race is just as exciting as watching 2 13 year old kids duking it out on Huffy bikes. your car probably probably puts down around 100 whp with all those mods.... i think its a good idea to get off the "power mod" trip you're on cuz our civics are a joke with bolt ons.

I didnt see your dyno.... 120 whp is good for our cars definatly but this is the only car forum on the net where 120 whp gets you some respect. in the end its still a slow economy car and unless your turbo or swap there is no running from it.
