The Last Thing You Need When You Put Your Rims on For Summer

I cannot believe yesterday morning, we got 10 inches of snow and I had to drive to work with my civic. It was a complete whiteout, and I got buried in my parking lot. Here's the pics.

haha tahts nuts! its friggin april

BigGeorge 04-04-2005 06:20 PM

It was crazy. I had to drive 10mph on the highway because I could not get traction. I had to let out the clutch without touching the gas to move. It sucked.

Civicious 04-04-2005 06:21 PM

LMAO! And I'm still seriously thinking of moving to Minnesota! What's wrong with me??

On a serious note: I love your wheels!

civic01vtec 04-04-2005 06:24 PM

Snow: one of the many reasons I love living in Texas...

shmik1 04-04-2005 06:36 PM

I still cant believe how u guys are getting snow and we're getting 80degree sunny days.. weird.. you're not THAT far away..

BigGeorge 04-04-2005 06:43 PM

It was 70 on wednessday. The same day it snowed it went up to 45 degrees. Tommorow it will be 70. WTF, I can't wait to move to Florida.

DaddyFatSacks 04-04-2005 06:44 PM

Out here in MA we got a ton of rain too. I wouldnt worry about driving in the snow, at least theres no salt or sand, that whats messes $h!t up.

BigGeorge 04-04-2005 06:46 PM

As soon as I got home from work I washed the car.

Hendo_Honda 04-04-2005 06:54 PM

Here in Maryland we got a monsoon. It POURED rain all day Saturday and into Sunday. If it had been snow we'd have been up to our butt cheeks in it. I saw on the weather channel how from Pennsy on up there was snow. Today was sunny, high around 60, so I took off work and washed and waxed my car.

Nameless 04-04-2005 07:25 PM

Damn that sucks... we had some messed weather here too but when it snowed it wasnt as serious as how you got it..

oh btw your car looks sweet :D

4bangin 04-04-2005 07:31 PM

I know man, This weather is jacked. I have 3 more semesters until I move to Florida...I can't wait, I miss the south.

skyblue 04-04-2005 10:33 PM

we got that snow here too...thankfully i decided to wait until this coming weekend to put the wheels on for summer

BigGeorge 04-04-2005 10:37 PM

We have not had snow this late forever, it just blew my mind. The roads were untouched, it was the worst driving experience for me ever. What normally took ten minutes took 55 minutes. I don't know how many times I got stuck in the middle of the street.

maxEmus 04-05-2005 08:47 AM

YEAH! even CANADA wasnt that bad.

Nodnero 04-05-2005 11:46 AM

Pharoh 04-05-2005 11:48 AM

they got 20cm when I was in Brantford, Ontario visiting my g.f over the weekend...thankfully it didn't come back to ottawa.

BigGeorge 04-05-2005 05:41 PM

I just found all these little nicks on my front rims from the tires spinning, you really can't notice unless you get down and look at them.

nickm748 04-05-2005 06:51 PM

hahah that sucks!

lol....I would be happy with 50 in the winter time.

driving in the snow can be tons of fun though.

born2xLr8 04-05-2005 09:05 PM

I love S. California!
That sucks man. I would hate waking up to that and having to drive in it.

Driving in the snow is fun when there is only an inch or two. I had my rims on and there was about 10 inches of snow on untouched roads.

Al Gore FTW 04-05-2005 11:28 PM
