I bought a 94 hatch (pics) Its a 94 hatch DX with 100,xxx miles on the Chasis and 93,xxx miles (I have it written down but too lazy to get up) on the engine. ok my pics are in my gallery, I dont know how to make them show up here on the thread. http://www.7thgencivic.com/memberrid...2/ppuser/10102 |
how much you get it for?...mine is leaving my possesion next week for 5500! check my profile! |
good find mang.... nice and clean. |
Nice... B18B right? |
yeah, it has a jg eddlebrock TB and a ACT (not sure of the exact name) street clutch. |
Oh I got it for $3800 |
very nice and clean.... good price too |
hell yeah good price......have fun. |
sweet, b18. looks sleeper style |
nice my cousin has one with a h22 |
sweetass.. i'm about to grab a 95 hatch for $1400, and drop a k20 in it.. maybe build it, and booooost. :) |
damn bro, thats my ultimate goal, k20 that biatch. Although a non VTEC Bseries can be fun I love the scream of a NA k20. you got a really good price. |
how about you do this front end conversion as well: http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y28...x/5_6civic.jpg |
how diffilcult would that be? I was already thinking of doing some type of form bumper swap but I'm not sure of what I can use. If I can do the whole front end then even better. |
nice find man |
nice purchase, have fun with it. |
lol, i like how it used to be automatic, and it still has a huge brake pedal. good find, ive been wanting a hatch since forever. :sweet: |
nice find now boost it! hehe |
well you'd probably need modified fenders and rad support. everything else should be straighforward. i like how the 99-00 front end flows so well with the rest of the 92-95 hatchbody. |
yeah one of the guys at work has a del sol with the same engine and he says that these engines are good candidates for a FI. I wouldn't know I need to do more reading up on modding and stuff like that. |
they are, cause of the gearing in the trannies and the moderately low compression |
yummie |

Becarefull though, the rods in it are pretty weak, If I remember right though, you can get B18C5 (ITR) rods to fit in it without much trouble though, might want to check on that before you do it though. |
thanks alot fish. rightn now I'm just thinking about the basic IHE. Its really just needs more cosmetics for now. |
very nice...hatchs with swaps are tons of fun |
O man, thats awsome im jelious!!! |
It i'll be pretty quick compared to the d17. I have an EG as well but with jdm gsr in it and it pulls not bad. B18b likes boost as does b18c I wouldn't go and say the b18b is a better candidate but theyre both as good. Your tranny will help you once boosted though. Have fun with it and boost the biatch and pull on some v8's  |

Have fun with it and boost the biatch and pull on some v8's  You can boost either one without many problems, but the B18B has lowwer compression and it is pretty well know that you can put more boost on a B18B with rods than a stock B18C, and for the cost diffence you can easiy build a B18B with new rods for less than the stock B18C price. Just do a search on http://www.honda-tech.com. Sure a B18C built with boost will do better, but thats some major $$$. |
