Anyone have hydraulics installed??

Does anyone have hydros installed? and possibly pics of the install? I searched and didn't come up with anything.

Thanks

thats like asking... Does anyone have 10 grand to waste on a full hydro system in a car? Sure I know you can get a full kit for 5 grand, but they have to be custom installed. Plus you need to maintain them also... imo its not worth it. Also I think air suspensions arn't worth it either. just my opinion though.

lol, a honda civic chassy could not handle hydraulic bounce stock. air ride, yes. hydros, are you out of your mind lol.

you can make air ride go faster than some hydro's and you can make some hydro kits really slow if you don't use too many pumps. They can be just as safe on a car as air, but its just a lot messier if they leak.

Hydros also seem to ride a lot harder than the air would...

Akutenshi 03-22-2005 11:21 AM

wheres a good place to get an air ride from?

baggedblue02 03-22-2005 11:27 AM

easystreet makes a really good kit but the rear won't go very low
AIM makes a kit for the rear that goes low but their fittings suck if you bought a whole kit
(had to replace mine from them after a month)
Air Ride Tech will have the best kit if they ever finish it

Akutenshi 03-22-2005 11:31 AM

how low will the rear go on the easystreet kit?

baggedblue02 03-22-2005 12:03 PM

about this low

Akutenshi 03-22-2005 12:08 PM

oh. heh. yeah i think i can see it pretty good. the first pic doesnt look low at all..... so the first pic u have the easystreet kit and then in the second u have the AIM airride.

HondaNation 03-22-2005 12:11 PM

i too have the easystreet rear kit...not very low in the rear...i do tuck the front though, i wana sell em though, i do agree though it is a good kit...my switches and valves are from air ride technologies....
