Gauges 1 Attachment(s) Hey I recently purchased some headlights and since they were on back order and came in late, the shop gave me some gauges and an a pillar. Heres what they look like.. By the way can someone tell me what is needed to hook up water and oil? |
Water temp requires a fitting that goes in the radiator return hose Oil pressure requires a T fitting in the pressure port in the back of the block. |
thanks would it just be easier to have someone else install them or is it easy enough for me |
forget that |

For the water gauge sensor I found a billet one made for a NSX that you could possibley use that is only $29.00 http://images.google.com/imgres?imgu...l%3Den%26lr%3D http://www.scienceofspeed.com/produc...s/DSC04849.JPG http://www.scienceofspeed.com/produc...s/DSC04850.JPG then here is the DIY for the oil gauge install. http://www.7thgencivic.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=155267 |
Here is the greedy one mentioned above It is $28.00 http://www.racingworks.com/images/gr...oolantneck.jpg http://www.racingworks.com/images/gr...ilpan_temp.jpg |
Instead of the DIY for the Oil sensor you can use the followiung Oil sandwich adapter universal $68 The aluminum oil sandwich adapter is installed between the oil filter and block, and makes it easy to install aftermarket oil temp/pressure sensors (2 1/8 BSPT ports and 1 12mm port). Lowers oil filter by 30mm. https://www.splparts.com/Parts/Unive...hUniversal.jpg https://www.splparts.com/doc/DefiVSD...rInstalled.jpg |
