Trade in my Civic? For what?

Ok guys and gals, I'm thinking of trading in my car for a new one. I have a SSM 2 door LX Coupe 5-spd with 51K miles on it. I'm trying to get something a bit roomier and with four doors. Here are my choices:

Toyota Rav-4
Honda Accord EX V6
Acura TSX (this is kind of a long shot, $$$)
Subaru Legacy 2.5 LTD. (not the turbo)

Basically, I'm looking to spend no more than $25K on the car after TTL (that's why the TSX is kind of a long shot but I love how it looks). Any other cars you guys would like to suggest? I'm open for your opinion so long as the car is a 4 door and doesn't exceed my price limit.

Accord Ex V6, if you have the money the Acura TSX.

1. TSX - if the budget allows it
2. The Legacy - It looks good
3. Accord
4. Rave 4

Suggested 4 doors:

1. WRX - 2.5 rs sedan , MSRP $18,095 - http://www.subaru.com/servlet/showro...mmand=showroom
2. Mazda 6 - http://www.mazdausa.com/MusaWeb/hand...modelYear=2005
- sport sedan, Starting at $19,555*
- 5 door, Starting at $22,585

Ooops, I meant to type in Accord EX with the I-4, not the V6 (V6 is too expensive as it's over the $25K mark). I'm leaning more towards the Accord, but I really like the Legacy, too.

Did you see my thread? I'm in a similar position.

The Accord EX with leather feels like a comfy big car with a nice interior. The TSX felt slightly more refined and much more fun to drive, totally different car. Go drive the accord first, then the tsx.

TSX all da way..
how much does the new tsx's cost? 28~9G? that's only like 3~4grand more than accord v6..

tsx its a nice car. i started looking into it after i told my gf that i wont be getting a bmw after this semester. the second i said that she said i dont want a civic after i graduate i wanta acura tsx, sigh lol

but ya its a nice looking car both on paper and in person

Go Subaru WRX 2.5 RS, mhmm WRX

The thing about "just a few grand more" arguments is that it never ends. Why get the TSX when "for a few grand more" I can have the TL? Why settle for the TL when "for a few grand more" I can have a Mercedes C240 Kompressor? Where does it end? That is why I capped my spending at 25 but I'm thinking of lowering it to about 22. The Accord EX I-4 with leather only costs around 22.5 and I can always talk the guy down a bit.

I wonder how much they will offer me for a trade in. I looked up the trade-in value on KBB and it only said like 7400 or so. That's just not right! The private party value is like 9500 still.

if your looking for real space get the accord. if you have $$$ get tsx. stick to honda.

I highly recommend buying a car that is used, but less than a year old. That way you have basically a brand new car and you dont have all that depreciation you get when you drive a brand new car off the lot. And with that, you can get yourself a nicer car.

You got lots of options for good 4 doors, I personally was going to buy a WRX wagon but insurnace was $573 a MONTH so I voted no on that one... Haha...
