He might actually need them for whatever hobby he has. |
Well i use the lights because i have a low beam only and ive already hit deer and other things at night because i live in the sticks and cant see shit when its pitch black |
buy some high beam xenons? |
i had those piaas laying around so why not just slap em on the bumper and use them when i need? |
slap em a bit lower and at night people may think "sweet evo kit" |
Can u slap em somehow in the fog light holes? |
could have just got oem fog lights... these look like ass man. |
I dont care what people really think of em, i like um. They work and thats all i care about. Id be more pissed when some buck jumps out of a ditch like it did before and smashes my car up again |
not really rice, more redneck then anything. I think you should get a lift kit next. |
You can't put em in the fog light holes? |
Nope, they dont fit that well in there without having to hack at the bumper. It doesnt look that bad in person. They have a pretty shallow housing |
what if you put it behind, the grille part of the front bumper?? not where the fogs are??? dont know, honestly its diff, it doesnt look to bad i guess. Not really my style, but at least its clean, do what u want mang, thats all that matters... |
thats kinda cool |
I'd rather do it like you couch and have them completely functional than anything else. but i actually like it anyway. |

Those seem pretty functional. Whoever recommended the stock fogs must either not have them themselves or simply doesn't quite realise the light output of a pair of those PIAA lights. They're in a completely separate class, most stock fogs, at least on economy cars are frankly just for looks and light up all of 4ft in front of the car. I can empathise w. anyone who lives in a place w. lots of wildlife, theres a whole bunch around here just out of the city and lights like those would be a good idea. |
yeah, going down a strait road with brush and trees to the sides, you have to see whats up ahead of you because animals just pop out of no where. And when youre driving through intense snow storms you can see whats coming up ahead a lot better with the driving lights plus my HIDs on. |
reminds me of the fog light kit they have for the Mini Cooper S. |
why do you have only low beams? |
I bought the Xtec HID kit in the group buy a while back and i didnt have an extra 200 dollars or whatever it was at the time. The low beams are a lot brighter than my old ones were, so i dont normally have to use the driving lights unless theres no one else on the road or its really hard to see. |
doesn't look bad at all. but if you take the rack off your car it might look strange. i actually like the way it looks. |
Yeah, when the rack comes off, the lights will come off. |
I like the way it looks....it all seems to fit together cause its actually used for something. They look good where they are now IMO. |
not bad not good |
