Put back the stock exhaust and intake to gain some low end. I really don't know why I bother anymore. It's a slow car, and I'm not about to deal with all that noise for a few hp. Actually, the car feels faster now than it did with the mods.

lol now I feel really shitty about the money i've spent on just bolt-ons. Makes me wanna cry, i wish i was patient enough to save up enough money for turbo or swap without wanting to buy somethin for my car. I've got 2g's though right now and should have around 5 grand by mid february. What ya'll think I should do? I know about a grand is going towards suspension, so the rest what does everybody think I should spend it on?

Engine swap. Turbo has it's problems, but throwing a new engine in there is a pretty safe bet. I'm just gonna keep mine as is for now and drive it as a civic. It's never gonna be fast on its own.

However, I still have the aem pullies, head port work, hvs, and header on there. I do think they help a little without hurting performance.

take your civic, and the 5 g down to Acura and get one of those.

Ya I know. The civic is nice, but no way I'm pouring in that much money. It's new car time when that becomes possible.

I am about to sell all my aftermarket crap.

yeah i so far have only bought stuff that is cheap. i think when i pay off the car it'll just be traded in for something faster.

i like the sound of my exhuast, i knew it wouldnt make me any faster.
The same reason why i never had the urge to buy an intake or header or cam gear or any of that other CRAP.

Ive had my car for 3 years now (48,000 miles)! THe only engine mod i would buy is turbo, and that was my mindset from the beginning

yeah k20's will deff get cheaper

there no point int turbo for the money you waste on the turbo and blah blah... jsut save for a new car haha

i just put my car back to stock too, tired of messing with it.

i think it all depends on the ecu

i noticed when i fixed my motor, i reset the ecu, and it ran really nicely as if it was already tuned, according to my a/f gauge

well it's just a civic. unless you sink lots into it how fast can it get? in the racing world not fast enough. in our case even for a daily driver not fast enough.
