What's your RPM on above 70 mph?
 

Guys...what's your RPM when it's running above 70 MPH for Manual car? How about automatic?

automatic @ 70 is about 3000rpm.

anybody else?

auto at 70 is about 3000, give or take 200. we need 5 speed autos...

how about for manual?

i have a manual also and its around 3000

auto lx 70mph @ 2800 rpm , 200 rpm per 5 mph at 4th gear on my car.

I know at 85mph it's at exactly 3500rpm.

are bigger wheels affecting the rpm?

If overall diameter is bigger than stock then it would lower rpm. But there would also be speedometer error.

why the hell am I at 3400RPM at 70MPH then? When I hit 90, Im at 4300RPM....Is something wrong with my car?lol. I have a m/t.

i remember it was a bit lower than 3k at 60mph even.
and its about 4k at 80mph

2800@ 72 mph usually

I think mine shows slightly above 3K or right at 3K

automatic about 3300rpms.

I think manual has shorter gearing that's why.

no, its just the way our civics are geared...i am at 4000rpm at 80 mph...so around 3400-3500 at 70....just the way it is..i have a manual

Mines the same way about 3000 at 60 and about 4000 at 80. Seems to jump a grand per 20mph
