Hurricane Ridge. . . . although the weather made things a bit less than ideal. Still, the shots came out pretty cool.

That's the cleanest Sti. Good to see you're going with the good mods. Clear lights look pimp. But where are the gf pics?

Don't worry, no offense taken. STi's are ugly cars. . . I knew this when I bought it. The fronts are too long, the rears too short, and there's a lot going on with body angles, etc.

Let me make one thing clear, though. I bought this car to USE. I do keep her clean, but she's still got a few scratches, some cone rub marks from autocross. . . and if the window rails ever get a little scratched from having the snowboard rack on the roof in the winter. . . eh. I don't care. These cars actually look better after some scars. They were created to be beasts on the track, and if it looks well-used and isn't the prettiest thing. . . great. Then I have accomplished what I've set out to do.

Brotha, you're one of the few who haven't been hesitant to voice their opinions of the way the car looks, yet still respect it for what it is. Sure, I'd like it if Subaru had finished designing the car. . . but they did an OK job, and that's good enough for the track. :sweet:

acidbaby 07-14-2004 12:28 AM

:clap:i prefer the old round headlights

Civic6-Speed 07-14-2004 01:00 AM

hell you know if you think about it., If you mod it enough and make it really fast. People arent even gonna notice it as you go by. Be a big blurr.........:) Just a thought.

sdl02 07-14-2004 01:31 AM

wow, that STI is sick. they are not ugly cars at all, i think they are unique looking and they really grow on you. i wanted an STI but couldn't afford it.

that is the next car i get, i don't care how big the payments are. really nice pics

abmerop18 07-14-2004 11:00 AM

lovin the car man. it looks great

Green Civic 07-14-2004 11:14 AM

Good looking car. What wheels do you have?

Changu-San 07-14-2004 11:21 AM

nice...

HyaBoosta 07-14-2004 11:23 AM

dam im gonna take a moment to hate on your sti.
"HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE" :yell:

(Looks hot!)

Cocky 07-14-2004 11:27 AM

as far as looks, what's the difference between the STI and regular WRX?

HyaBoosta 07-14-2004 11:28 AM

the fog lamp covers, lip, wing, wheels, seats am i missing anything?

CdnSilverStreak 07-14-2004 11:38 AM

The 300 HP high boost engine as opposed to the 227 HP the WRX has.

HyaBoosta 07-14-2004 11:40 AM

well he said as far as looks

CdnSilverStreak 07-14-2004 11:43 AM

^ My bad. Uh, the Sti has a pink sticker... heh heh...

diskreet 07-14-2004 12:10 PM

that is a beautiful car!
i would rather an evo 8 for the same or less price. thats just my opinion, but i still love the car.

XxSoVeReiGNxX 07-14-2004 12:21 PM

your car is art on 18 alloys. Most STis in general look mighty fine in my opinion. Practically the only 4doors I ever liked to stare at because they look good. I wants!

AR 07-14-2004 12:52 PM

The fog makes a couple of those shots sexy...

So besides auto-x and doing your girl IDB styleZ, you have been doing other productive things!

Yukonart 07-14-2004 04:35 PM

Thanks guys. . . Yeah, many of the part that make the STi look different than the WRX are easily interchangable. In fact, some owners "de-mod" their cars to look more like standard WRXs or even the non-turbocharged 2.5RS.

Diskreet. All I can say is. . . you get what you pay for.
