Improved version of Grey's endlinks now available!
 

I improved my endlinks. They are now lighter, can accomodate more suspension travel, and consist of less parts. Them being lighter is good since it reduces sprung weight in the suspension. Then accomodating more suspension travel is good for people with extreme drops or raised rides (so... Airbags or coilovers set for higher than stock.). Them consisting of less parts is good too since there are less parts to break. Easier installation too! :)

For those that don't know, endlinks connect your sway bar to your lower control arms. Many people have had their stock endlinks break (even with the stock sway bars). That's why people go out and buy aftermarket endlinks. Hotchkis makes a nice set for $150, but they don't sell them in pairs. I do. :) Mine also cost less and I believe that my latest design is superior to theirs.

I installed them on my car up front and I've been riding with them for over 1,000 already. They're great! Although I can't feel a difference from my first design, they are theoretically better. I have plenty in stock and they're ready to ship.

wow those look nice. i got a question for you. my sway bar hits my exhaust with these end links will i be able to adjust them so the exhaust wont hit the sway bar anymore. thanks.

It depends on where the problem is. They're height-adjustable, but at their lowest setting they're slightly taller than stock (at least in the front). I'm not about the rear 'cause I don't have a stock rear sway bar, so I can't compare them to stock rear endlinks.

What are they made of? How are they better than stock, like harder to break, etc?

Very much so. They're made out of Grade 8 steel. Everything is Grade 8. The rod ends. The nuts. The washers. The only thing that isn't Grade 8 steel is the stainless steel washer which is in compression and not tention, so it doesn't need to be Grade 8. :) If you don't know what Grade 8 means... Hex bolts

Still would like to find the attachment items to which these would attach onto the rear suspension for my 2004 Civic VP so I can install a rear roll bar for my coupe...any one have any ideas where such anchors could be found.

Yeah, Progress makes a mounting kit. Check out my rear sway bar DIY (linked from my sig), it explains a little. I got mine from ptuning.com; back in the say they had the best price. I don't know who does now though?

all i can say is that i have driven a little over 10k with the original endlinks and they have stood up to the test of time.

:D For the Grade-8 steel. These are probably 500% stronger than the stock endlinks. I just got mine in the mail today, only took 5 business days to get up here in Toronto. I must admit, they look damn strong and damn sexy. lol.

i'm ordering in a day or two...mine rear ones broke like 2 months ago..hehe

I don't know how many times stronger they are than stock. I should calculate it and advertise it though. :) PM me if you have any questions, or just post in one of my threads.

sorry if this was answered already but.... why are peoples endlinnks breaking?? is it cus of their lowered suspension??

It's basically because the stock endlinks suck. They're too weak. Some people's endlinks break when they drive spiritedly. Some people's endlinks break when they upgrade to stiffer sway bars.

Sorry to ask newbie question... What do endlink do?

They attach a sway bar to the lower control arm. They also articulate (have freedom of movement) in the direction that the sway bar will move with the suspension so that you don't get any binding.
