Measuring life left of pads...

How do you measure how much brake pad life you got left? I'm thinking mine are almost toast.

take off the wheel, and inspect. if they look close, then you should replace... (4/32 or something like that...)

2/32 is the minimum in PA...

I've been told you should replace it when the pad is thinner than the backing, but mine were about 3/4 as thick as the backing when I replaced mine and they were sqeaking

i think OEM pads are only like $25, if they look low, jus change em now. you gotta do it some time...
