Anyone buy tires off ebay?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...944921125&rd=1

Another question, 17x7 Kazera KZ-S should fit in these for my civic right? Thanks and sorry for the dumb question :shake:

I was reading through his feedback, and I saw that a few said they ordered goodyears from him, and got tires that did not have the goodyear imprinted into them. Do all of his tires not have the brand name on them?

If i were you i would buy tires locally from a shop or a reputable site like tirerack.com.

And as for the kazera wheels check tirerack.com and follow the wheels section to see if it fits our cars. Hope this helps.

Kazeras I am definetly buying from tirerack. It said it would fit, but I had to be sure there would be no fitments problems whatsoever. But tires are pretty expensive in the 17" range. $100 bucks for ziex 512. I cant really afford that much. Meh, I wanted to pay about $80 a tire, but if it comes to it I will buy the ziex from tirerack. Thanks for the reply. Anyone else ever buy tires off ebay?

For $14.58 more, you can get them delivered from Discount Tire Direct

Of course, but this is a way to save a good $60 if the ebay seller is legit

big risk. if the feedback is 100% perfect, then id go for it

After calculating shipping/handling on both deals, the only difference is $14.58 total for Discount Tire Direct  I would not risk getting burned on eBay for that amount. The eBay seller also does not mention if his are BLEMS or not.

Yeah they're like $42 each at vulcantires.

Well, some sizes are.

a kid i work with just got some tires off ebay for his mustang.. dont remember what they were cuz he never shuts up about his car.. but they are normaly like $150 a piece.. he got all 4 for like $250 shipped.. he says they are on the up and up and they look good..

so i guess just use yer head and check feedback..

QBoi 01-22-2005 12:05 PM

I guess these tires have no "falken" written on them. I wont take a chance.
