You like these OEM wheels?...How much do they weigh?

I have thought about these before. Oh yes, I have thought about every Honda wheel possible.

But today I saw them in person on a 2003 coupe. They look nothing like solara wheels in person, boilermaker... They look 10 times cleaner, in person.... trust me.

In the end I wont have to stare at my car at that long red light because of course I will be in driver's seat, so what do you guys think of them?

How much do they weigh is my last question (?). I know they're near the Si's (possibly). They're 10 bucks cheap almost than the Si's too, new.

Anything?

Dark_Pyro7 11-21-2003 02:15 PM

There better than stealies, but dont care for them personally i like the stock alloys on 03 ex coupe. They have the 6 fatter points. Looks like 99 Si wheels. (Correct me if i'm wrong there).

Dont know the weight on them. But if you like them go for it. But if i were to get new rims I would get something bigger, if you didn't want bigger really, would still get some aftermarket rims. I would think(not sure) you could get a set of 16s for close to the same price. But whatever you like.

Everyone and their mom has Si/ex rims. I thought about 03 Si rims and they're a bit heavy.... just as heavy as a regular set of 17"s.

Dark_Pyro7 11-21-2003 03:35 PM

yeah, what abouta light pair of 16s? Or wanna stay with honda parts? I personally cant see spending money to buy anoher pair of 15s.

Zzyzx 11-21-2003 03:39 PM

Depends if you're in to performance or not.....

AR 11-21-2003 03:42 PM

Performance, without a drop. Good enough for you?

Civic_Racer9 11-21-2003 08:34 PM

and your hubs are pretty!

4bangin 11-21-2003 09:36 PM

^^ AHAHAHAHAHa, shut down. anyway, im not feeling them, but i have seen them before in person and they dont all that bad in person. i like the Si/ex wheel which is what i have now for winter. they are played out but look better than those wheels i think. i would get some light 15s or 16s without a drop they look decent. maybe some enkie like these bad boys...they are tight.

Get some 04 LX hubcaps... that's what I'm gunna do when they get plentiful and cheap. The painless, disposable way to replace my increasingly beatup hubcaps. :)

TMRakip 11-23-2003 04:31 PM

I think they're pretty nice. I have the 15-Spoke 15" Wheels from Honda, I prefer them (but then again that's why I bought them, hehe) If you haven't seen those you should take a look.

Dont know the weight on them.

*coughs* 7-spoke.
*coughs* 16.5 lbs. Average 17 inch wheel weighs 20-24lbs.

Out of curiosity, how do stock wheels get played out? I guess it was like the Fast N Furious steelie era that occured this year, eh?

you guys still think these are ugly? :( :_ontome:

2k2EXCOUPE 01-06-2004 01:27 AM

Not my style just cause they are small, but they look really good for 15" honda rims.

Shit i think my 17's are too small. Hopefully ill be running 18's soon. LOL
