2008 Civic AC not always turning on I have a 2008 Civic LX. The AC will not always turn on. Sometimes it turns on just fine. Other times it won’t turn on at all or start working all of a sudden while I’m driving. It doesn’t matter what setting the fan speed or temp setting it’s at or if it’s cold or warm outside. I checked the relay, replaced the blower resistor and the blower motor itself, but no luck. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. |

air gap on the compressor clutch is probably too big. free fix is to remove a shim from the clutch. this has been covered countless times if you want to search for more info Look into this |
Re: 2008 Civic AC not always turning on I checked the relay, Relay problems are quite common, but not the only possible problem. |
