Misfiring when up to temp

My civic starts up and runs great until it warms up to temperature and then begins to misfire. Any suggestions on what that may be?

how do the plugs look? air filter/intake restriction?
does it do it at idle? while driving? coming to a stop?

If it's a 1.6L (6th gen) it may be the coil or igniter within the distributor. Do a coil arc/spark test per Ezone method when the engine is at operating temp. Also try a cylinder (rpm) drop test a.k.a power balance test on each cylinder.

What sort of misfire?
What running conditions does it happen in?
Can you demonstrate what it does wrong in a video?

Got codes?
Got valve adjust?
Compression test?
Got correct NGK plugs with correct gap?
EGR open at the wrong time?
Cap/rotor/wires?
