loud rattle!!!!!!
 

when I drive in the rain.....when i accelerate my right rear starts making a really really loud noise....It scares me to rev it hardly in the rain....but when it is dry i can redline the beast...and it doesn't do anything.....anybody know what could be the problem?

yeah i just had that happen to my car again last night, scared the hell outta me. I remember someone posting before and the thread had tons of people with suggestions about it so if you search for it you might get a solution, last i recall is that honda won't fix it though.


try searching for "vibration" or "rattle" and look for the big threads...

it could be a design problem. i am trying my best not driving my civic under raining condition. luckily, we only get one month of rain every year here in the SF bay area. good luck

do you have CAI, cause if so that could problem for you just sound like coming from rear
