2003 Civic coupe Automatic Trans issue

I just rebuild and installed a BMXA trans on my civic.
Gear changes are very smooth now.
But yesterday I got an issue where after stopping at a light, it will no engage at all. Turned the car OFF and ON and everything was good again.
Got home checked all the sensors connector and since everything seem to be fine.
Does anyone has had a similar issue?

Triple check fluid level.

Please tell us you replaced the internal filter, and if you did, I would take full can electrical contact cleaner to the shift selenoid connectors
