oil leak 03 civic LX

I have a slow oil leak around the front of the engine around the belt area. It leaks down torward the front and down to the oil pan. I notice this upon smelling burnt oil. What are the common areas of oil leaks for this year civic? What should i be looking to replace? Any tips or pointers eill be greatly appreciated!

Sorry this is coming from a previous red owner. But yes I meant the belt area... I can see exactly where it is cuz I gotta degrease the engine first n clean up the gunk. Its around the area closest to the firewall and all the way down to the oil pan

- camshaft oil seal
- crankshaft oil seal
- oil pump gasket/seal
- oil pan gasket
- valve cover gasket

those are all of the possibilities i can think of, to full inspect this you would need to remove the timing belt cover

Thank you. That helps a lot! Hope removing and putting back on the timing belt cover isn't so hard?
