major idle problem not iac.HELP!!!!

Alright well got the new motor in and everything went perfect slid right in not one problem everything plugged up. V-tec kicks in like its supposed to motor runs great. All the old parts are on from my v-tec besides the intake manifold. (I bought a non v-tec motor and swapped the head from my old v-tec that i had gone over cleaned and had my cousin who is a honda specialist checked everything saying its okay to be used) i used new gaskets and everything. All fluids are topped off. No air in the coolant. The iac is working perfect. Replaced the map sensor the fuel injectors the ground wire to the block coolant temp sensor the fuel rail fuel lines power steering pressure sensor oil pressure sensor v-tec sensor, no vacuum leaks head gaskets good throttle body is clean(cleaned with carb clean tooth brush never removed anything on the throttle body besides the iac checked recleaned and new gasket and put back in.

Anyways my idle is very random. It throws a p0505 p1505(intake something, perty much telling me its got bad idle obviouse) p1298(eld i know its the alternator but until i get more money i cant replace it). Now its codes for my 1, 2, & 3 cylinders are misfiring and it runs amazing. But rough when it idles. When i go down the road and pull it outta gear and put it in neutral its runs at 2k rpms smoothly, then when you come to a stop it will idle at 900 rpms but rough. Its sucking fuel like hell to like from 40mpg the 22mpg. Im lost i replaced everything checked everything im getting pissed and about to sit it in the field and blast the f*ck out of it.

do a compression test,

check the timing marks again, it sounds like you might be off by a tooth or two

It was the antifreeze level the idle air control cable was getting air to it from the coolant lines and cause the bad isle after 4 hrs adding water I removed all air bubbles and is now running perfect. Now just need to get the valves to STAY gapped correctly instead of gaping them monthly to keep them right and not hear them at idle.
