new here

hello, i'm new here. i'm 16 and get my licence in Feb. so i'm looking into getting a civic in the spring. i'm currently looking at 01's. what do you guys think? what will insurance be like. i want it to be a 5 speed, and ill mod it. i want to get an exhaust, lip-kit, rims, etc. thanks for the help.

Welcome and if you are looking at the 7th gen civics then get the SI.
