10 amp fuse issue

My mechanic ran thorough tests as to why a new battery ( 3 in a row within 24 months) is draining after sitting for a day or two max. The alternator seems to be OK , ground is fine too, we found the drain coming from the 10 amp fuse in the under hood fuse box.
This fuse was removed, so now the sunroof, taillights radio are not working, as well as the door locks don't work without the ignition being on.
So can anyone tell me how should i proceed with this issue what should be done just to replace the fuse or it has other mechanical fix beforehand ?????? I have read a lot that Honda Civic'S are with default technical issue( my honda is civic ICDTI year of make 2007, diesel) but BOY it give me the creeps as soon as i switch off the engine as I constantly need to remove the battery cable in order I can go to work tomorrow morning how many fuses in the interior fuse have you got the issue with please let me know........ Better yet, maybe one of you can help me fix this problem.if faced with one yourself Thanks for reading /

Any circuit that is hooked into that fuse could potentially be causing the drain. Hook a current meter inline with the fuse and start disconnecting things until the excessive draw goes away. I would start with the easy stuff like the radio. Your mechanic should know what to do.
