any ideas

3 places on my civic there are what look like little chips the paint missing. its still silver but its lost its shine. any ideas on how to get it back. ive alreadt tryed waxing it but it dosent cut it.

have you tried polishing it yet? i've hear good things about meguires mirror glaze
