Best Time To Wash.

hey,

i wanted to know what time do you guys/girls wash your cars at.

anytime really. I usually goto the diy ones, pull out, and use a wiper blade to get the water off. Then clean windows and wipe any excess water off with microfiber towel. Then do rims.

evening if possible, just because it's cooler out.

though during the day it's no problem, just got to dry it quick before water spots burn in.

i find that early in the morning (right before the sun hits) is best for me. the key to drying to eliminate water spots is to just use the hose and sheet of as much water as possible, so there's less water to clean/dry up. simply follow up with a quality waffle weave towel and viola! :)

When ever...I usually do it in the afternoons after work. I wash it and then put it under the tree to cool down the paint...Dry the car and wax it

i do mine early mornings before meets/shows. Sometimes in the evening tho. Once i washed my car at 1am so i could sleep more in the morning before a show. :D

My driveway has no shade. Have to wait till 6pm or so in the summer for the shadow from the house to cover the driveway so I can wax it. Never seems to be a cloudy day in the forcast when I feel like working on the car.

i do mine around afternoon here where the sun is most heated... due to shady landlord, jack@ass neighbors, and school
