water spots in glass.....

What can take out those pesky water spots I see in the windshield and all of the other windows. I tried wax but that was no good. Thanks for your help.

Try a razor blade? I've had those before but I can't remember how I got them out. What type of wax did you use? If you have a hi-speed buffer and some cleaner wax they should come out.

Use a really fine or chemical polish. Poorboy's Professional Polish works well.

I just started getting those again. Its 90 out, and sunny as hell, so my car dries too fast when Im washing it. When its 120, its gonna dry in like 3 minutes. I hate summertime. Ill try a polish

Clay works great on windows. I save my old clay to use on windows.

I think i may try that out. I broke the buffer out and buffed the windows with zimol cleaner wax and that did an alright job but many of the spots are still on the drivers and passingers windows. What is the best clay to use for the money.

i had some pretty bad waterspots (front windshield) and i used the clay bar, took them right out.

Waterspots are caused by hard water. Try using a Mr Cleen Jet washer(since it has a PUR filter in it to get rid of the minerals in the water) this will give you soft water. For interior, just wash down a rag or shammy with the water and wipe them down. I bought one a couple of weeks ago, and it was well worth the 40 bucks I paid for the pro kit.
