Emblem Painting
 

I have a 2002 Civic EX. I plan to remove all of my emblems including the chrome strip in my hood and the one on my trunk and painting them black. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do this and what kind of paint I should use for it??? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You can remove them, sand them down, clean them and then use the Dupicolor color code paints and then clear coat it and your done. OR take it to a shop, shouldnt cost much to get that painted.

sand it, primer it, paint it, clear coat if you want gloss.

the only problem is getting little bits of double sided tape back onto the emblems to re-stick them on

ex comes with chrome strips? mine didnt
