Is it a dealer service? I would not let the dealer touch my car, detailing wise, with a 10 foot micro fiber towel! Don't fall for it man.

hmmmm....I bet the dunp tire dressing all over your engine bay by the pail full after they pressure spray it down at 300 psi!!!

bobbyd 04-19-2004 07:55 PM

haha, yeah, the dealer will probably just dump greasy old Armor All all over and call it a service and charge you up the wazoo.

gotrice 04-19-2004 09:17 PM

thats what im thinking. i swear the dealers service sucks. i take my car in for some problem and it comes out worse than what it went in, if not with a new problem and on top of that its expensive. my car is due for the 30,000 mile service they recommend and that alone is gonna cost i believe $472.00.

Yeah, don't fall for the dealer gimmicks. Find out what the 30,000 service is and do it yourself. Most likely most of it is just inspecting brakes and crap to make sure they are working fine.

i say screw any service the dealer offers!
