Someone help me get rid of spider webbing

I'm sure you've all seen how spider webbing looks like. Like the name it looks like a circular spider web hairline marks. I've heard of people call it swirl marks, but I think spider webbing is a more exact term. I was wondering what can I use to get rid of the webbing? I did some research and some people say to use glaze and some say use a polish. after glaze or polish then wax. Any recommendations. It sucks since from far away and semi up close it looks terrific, but if you look at the hood closer you see the webbing. Not one of the things I like most.

use 3m swirl mark remover with an orbital buffer to get rid of some of the swirls. If they don't come out with that, then, you might have to step up to 3m fine cut compound followed by 3m smr to remove the haze created by the compound. Glazes only fill swirls, they will not eliminate them. Its your choice whether you want to hide them or eliminate them.
