CF Hood Scratches and some tape residue?
 

I have some tape residue that was left on my cf hood what would be the best thing to use to get it off without damaging the hood, and I have some lil scratches on it what would be the best wax to use i know not to use something with cleaner wax in it but can you list name brands so it's easier plz. Thanks in advance!

I dont know if the clay bar will remove the residue...You should try it first....I wouldnt use any solvent or any other storng chemicals on the hood because you could risk wrecking the finish...you may cause scratches. To wax and keep your carbon fiber hood up...I recommend using the clay bar to clean the surface. Do not use any compunds, polishes or cleaner waxes on the surface because you can scratch the surface. I would use Carnuba waxes that will leave a good protective coating on the surface....I recommend using Meguires Gold, Mothers Yellow wax, Gliptone Creme, and Kit wax.
