Sometimes, Alchol or Viniger may do the trick. If not use a 1/1 ratio of Amonia and Water.

Windex with Vinegar.. it's clear, and has a yellow label and top. It's the only stuff I've ever used that leaves no streaks... but you have to wipe the window down 2 or 3 times. It tends to coat the junk on the window and if you don't get it off, it films. But when you get it all off, it's crystal clear.

oh, and use crumpled newspaper to wipe the windshield clean. a trick used by a lot of professionals. i dont know exactly why, but it gets the job done quite well.

try using meguires mirror glaze with any window cleaner. mirrors always come out perfect.

If you have any tint on do not use Alchol... I use some white can says Glass Cleaner in blue works great

Sometimes I use car wac...but I never use it on the windshiled...On the windshiled I use Stoner, or I use Spray away....

stoner's invisible glass + terry = no streaking

seriously, try it. but it wont help fogging. like 3.99 areound where i live.

FALKEN 07-11-2003 01:04 PM

what fogging...on the inside??

I use Window Automotive, if that is what it is called. I bought it at the auto parts part of Target. with Microfiber towel. or some newspaper.
