Turtle | 11-21-2001 08:00 PM | drbombay is correct:: I work at Honda and when we check brake fluid, this is really to see the condition of your brake pads. As your pads get worn, the fluid level will go down (it all has to do with hydraulics). We don't even top off the brake fluid. Onyl time we top off is when we either bled the brake system of installed a caliper/wheel cylinder/master cylinder. If you are concerned about it, just look at your master cylinder/calipers/whell cylinders ans see if there are any leaks. If not, don't worry about it. If there is, take it in to be fixed. Don't forget, it's free when under warranty. |
