Overheating and Coolant Loss Problem Car is mysteriously losing coolant, i suspect that its a BHG since there is no visible leaks on the ground. I checked my oil cap for the milky oil and it didnt have it. Also, pulled my spark plugs and there was no white residue. My car isn't blowing white smoke neither, im not sure if having a clogged converter has anything to do with that. Also have a faulty thermostat but im not sure where that can tie in my coolant loss. Thanks guys! |
Re: Overheating and Coolant Loss Problem take a look at your overflow bottle, is it full up to the top? literally overflowing?....if so, blown head gasket |

No, its actually empty right now. well the first step would be to fill your rad and overflow to the correct levels, see what happens from there |

Your car may not exhibit any of the signs you speak of and still have a blown head gasket. |
