Need help bee r limiter
 

Bought a bee r 2 step limiter for a 04 honda civic manual and i am wondering if anyone could help with installation.

wonder what is the use of a rev limiter on a car that its ECU already have a rev limiter and the most common forum questions is why it is in limp mode (AKA limited to 3-4k RPM when a problem is detected...)

Is this going on a stock car? Is it at least the hatchback with the 2.0 and not the 1.7?
