Civic 2019 old lights shape stearing gets hard

Hello
i have honda civic 2019 model old lights shape. Today i noticed if while standing car with start engine, if i turn my stearing wheel at once it gets hard. But if i turn slowly it is soft and normal. What is the cause of this?
