What are some tips / techniques to grow taller, especially in 2 weeks or less!

more food, more exercise...

hand upside down from the ceiling for hours and hours

jumping up and down
and praying alot...

its genetic... u might grow to be about an inch taller than ur dad or an inch taller than ur mom
how do i know? haha .. im taller than my dad by 1 inch... and i think im pretty short >.<

Im 5'6ish... just turned 16 years old. I am definately taller than my parents and probably most of my uncles/aunts / grandparents. Forget milk, I'm taking calcium tablets instead :) Is there a difference between night and day? What else can I do other than jumping (I don't want to die from too much pressue hanging upside down!) Sleep good?

take multivitamins and play lots of sports like basketball

No time for sport though... any other things to do than sports

yeah I want to get taller too....but I stopped growing...I am going to be 21 in June.....I am 5'7....so short...oh well..at least my girl is shorter than me.....

ah well .. sports, nutrients and stuff can only help a bit ...
