stage 1 exedy clutch and nrg racing seats

i have a brand new exedy clutch.. never put on my car.. 150
and i have a pair of brand new nrg racing seats.. black with red stiching... still have wrapper.. no brackets.. just seats with sliders.. reclinable.. 300.. e0mail me at classy_cl@yahoo.com for pics
