Honda Civic RX (Malaysian) maybe this is a repost, but I just saw this today. pretty cool http://asia.vtec.net/article/CivicRX/index.html |
that civic looks cool with the black housing stuff on the headlights. |
rs grille looks just like that nasty ass RX one.... :D |
I like the seats........... |
if you REALLY REALLY blur your vision, you can imagine that last pic at the bottom of the page is of a lexus GS...... :) but maybe that's just me. lol |
love the headlights, love the wheels, love the fact that there is a cd player in it already. all around, nice car. |
thats nice for sure |
that a cool car. they need to make someof these cars in america or something. why does it always seem that america gets screwed when really nice import cars are finally sent here but are just picture of their former selves? oh well... |
the wheels look bad ass, now if i could find those in 18s im set |
These fine touches are carefully chosen based on what a Civic enthusiast would prefer. |
That is the best looking sedan i've seen yet (from out the factory). It's got nice trim accents |
i kinda like those black headlights...wish my dealership offered a trim like this... |
WOW. that sedan looks great. Got to love those leather seats. |
still not as good looking as the civic 2.0L.... |
wish they showed pix of a coupe ver. :) |
That Civic was introduced by Honda Malaysia to reward Civic fans. The normal Civic EXi, VTi and VTi-S are the usual drab Civics similar to those seen in the US. Inspiration came from the USDM Civic Factory Performance Coupe (for the wheels), the JDM Civic Ferio RS for the skirting, and the Thai Civic RX opened up the possibility to make a Malaysian RX. Headlight finishers are thin plastic pieces that come in primer grey and can be sprayed to match your car's body colour. The JDM RS Civic has internally blacked out headlights, so the 'finishers' allow even normal headlights to get "The Look". I went to 2 dealerships today and checked out production RX Civics. They were cool and those Japanese Dunlop LM702s are yummy. The seats are production versions except for the imported sports headrests and the leather is locally made, based on an original design by Honda's Singapore distributor, Kah Motor Singapore (KMS). |
I just want those wheels and thats all. IMO those wheels are a pretty good if not the best match for the sedan. |
I wish HondaWerx could get their hands on a set of those wheels. Also, it's too bad Honda doesnt sell the FP pieces seperately, cause I'd like to get the wheels. |

the headlights look like those covers offered by autoventshade company.... |
Headlight Finisher The headlight 'finisher' is manufactured by Honda Access Co., Ltd. - Honda's accessory subsidiary. |
so wait dose it have more power then ours or is the sport supention the only diffent really? |
Wow I wish my car looked like that. :_bow: |
Power is 130PS from the D17, sports suspension is optional as it seems not all Malaysians want to lose ground clearance and sacrifice ride comfort. |
iamboo made his headlights like that. Just paint them :please: I'm still not liking the fact that the civic has that big @$$ resonator box. When I took out the resonator box to put in my FIPK, there was a HUGE space. It's just unecessary IMO. They could've made something smaller and with less retriction. |
I like the interior door accents and the wheels are bad a@@ if only they made them larger |
Originally posted by WannaBFast yea like more HP and DOHC vtec.... If they made our cars with more hp and w/ DOHC then most of us couldn't afford them. If you wanted more hp and DOHC you should've bought a Prelude. I wish I could afford one. :-) |
