Decal or no???
 

When you bought your car did it come with the dealer's decal on the back? Just curious.

When I pulled up to the dealership the delivery truck had just rolled up with my future car on it. They hadn't even removed the white protective plastic covering from it yet. I bought it that same day and it had no dealer decal on the back.

So how did your's come?

A. No Dealer decal

B. Yes, Dealer decal

C. Yes, Dealer decal but I removed it

They removed the white plastic crap, but some of it was still sticking out in certain places. I removed the rest myself. No dealer stick and no dealer license plate frame. My sister's civic had the frame though. She took it off. [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/IMG]

The thing that pissed me off is they had a front plate. We dont need front plates in AZ so now i have 4 holes in my bumper. I took off the logo they put on it as well as the pin stripe and black molding on the doors and fenders.

Decal though is on the lower driverside windshield. Came with a dealer license plate frame to which will be removed soon.

My car was dropped off at the dealership earlier that day when I bought it. No decal and no stripes A

C... Had dealer plates and some interior plastic, which I still haven't removed. Most of it is covering the carpet under the seats so I see no point in removing it.

What is the best method for removing the 4 holes where the crappy Faimly Honda plate used to be. Also anyone know why they put 4 holes yet only use 2 to secure the plate?

Dealer plate which I took off before I left the dealership and gave back to them before I left.

dealer frames front and rear...off the same day No decals

a they had to get mine from another dealship:) my fiances was on the lot and hers had dealer logos on it but to her it is just a car so she does not care. i got lucky:)

D. Had dealer licence plate frames but i removed them.:)

I test drove a dif. car w/ no plasstic white crap onit.......it had fuel problems or something.....sputter and crap......I said I want that white crap taken off that car.......I test drove my car now......I bought it:tup::tup:

(A) I ordered my 2k2 in september of 2001, i went to pick it up as soon as it came in, all they really had time to do was to put the dumd license plate frame on it, but that was removed when I got home.. I ain't gonna advertise for them [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/IMG]

A. got a frame tho. havent taken it off yet. dont really care. my had just come in too when i got there, but i made them take it in and wash and wax it. that thing was clean ill tell you. a two hour wash and wax while i sat in an s2000 and dreamed of the day i would have it.

D: My dealer put the decal on the car, but I wouldn't accept delivery of the car until they took it off at the dealership.

A mine jus came off the truck. Had a license plate on it though, which was removed.

D. It had a decal, but I told them they had to take it off if they were concerned with making a sale. No liscense plate covers either.

Any other decal that was on the car, I quickly peeled off.

It had front and rear license plate frames....the police made me take them off..lmao

had the dealer license plate frames in the trunk when the car was given to me... also had this cool-ass chrome "IDEAL" emblem (from IDEAL HONDA) which would sorta match the chrome civic emblem but i never stuck it on... looks too cheesy and sorta rice at the same time... Civic type "IDEAL" woohoo!

i see a load of those "I love my ready honda" decals on civics and accords here in missisauga lol!

:tup: Damn, I must be lucky. Mine came A, nothing on it. The dealer asked if I wanted the decal, the plate frame, and if I wanted the front plate mounted. "No" to all three, sweeeeeeeeeeet!:tup:

Then I took the dealers sticker and put it on the back of my neighbors POS 1978 Buick Regal[IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG][IMG]i/expressions/laugh2.gif[/IMG] I wonder how many people think that my dealer sold that POS, because its a new dealership.
