Guess what cars are stolen the most? found an article on the most stolen cars in america. we ranked as first along with acura. http://articles.moneycentral.msn.com...peedyCars.aspx |
the integra has been the most stolen car for a while now. |
Huh? The BMW roadster ranked as first. Note that the 2001 - 2005 civic isn't even on the list. Shows how pathetic this model was. Bet the 06 SI will be a winner. |
...intresting |
yea, the integra has been known to be one of the most stolen vehicles |
yup--thats not news to me...both of my friends w/ tegs always take out the fuse for the starter whenever we leave the car for a few hours..haha. oh and i only see one honda and thats not "ours" |

they steal integras to race them and sell parts to poeple whowant to race them.... |
I still call shenanigans on that list. I barely see tegs anymore. I think it's because they... gee... I dunno... Stopped making them 5 years ago. Wouldn't you think that car thieves would move up to the RSX since that's what's current? |
I wish somone would steel mine....lol....jk But I do have full replacement insurance which means i get every dollar I put into it with no depreciation....or I can take an o6 civic same model etc... |
Many Integras are either crashed, rusted out, died of natural causes or already stolen. I like what they said: 2004 and 2005 Suzuki Aerio, another small car with a powerful engine. Many articles about insurance are speculations and are "made by order". |

yea the tegs been on there for a good while, for as long as i can remember they been in first because of the b18 swaps and if not they'll just steal them and race with the car the thieves stole. They mainly strip, chop and sell the parts, my cuz had his teg stolen 3 years ago...cops found the shell no engine he had it frankensteined....they found the engine in a eg hatch. crazy how cops find that stuff =x |

Ive said it before and say it again... "LO-JACK!" With early warning detection. |
i think rsx dont get stolen as much because they have that transponder thing, and so do our civics.. not everyone knows how to bypass that, yetttttt. but very easily when have the right things. but it will be up there soon. tegs are way toooo easy and soon enough, so will rsx's. |
Yeah its just a bypass. its not to hard. Soo you know. |
Hurry up and steal my car you two^^^ |

didnt i read some where the Evo was the #2 most stolen car? The list seems to be constantly changing. |
http://www.wired.com/wired/archive/14.08/carkey_pr.html read the bottom part about the 03 civic |
since we're on the subject of stolen cars... looks like theives got to TEIN's '06 civc si as well... http://www.news8online.com/features/...y.php?id=56875 |
Okay... In that wired article they mentioned that you can by-pass a honda's immobolizer with a series of e-brake pulls... What the hell... Why would honda even consider putting in a by-pass? I mean, hell... The car was probably snagged by a honda tech looking for a joy ride. He would have access to said series of pulls and the VIN number... |
I guess if the person lost their key like the story they gave to the person at the honda dealer. |
Man it sucks to be me. Im ranked 2, 4,5, 7, 8, 9, 11, 17, for the most type of car stolen. But im luvin it. Gs-r is my bitch. |
