Price Check Driver side window

So i'm 1 of 5 cars in my complex that got broken into last night. The one car the guy got his air intake stolen off his car while the others got there stereos taken. I was the lucky one because it seems when they shattered the window the tint held it in place and for some reason the guy didnt have enough time to punch through the tint to get into my car. So i need to get my Fron Driver Side Window replaced, new tint, and they bent alittle bit of metal and the top trying to get in.
My question is how much you think thats gonna cost me?

Dunno how much the repairs would cost but I'm sure insurance will cover it. And while you're at it, invest also at an alarm system.

funny thing is i have a alarm installed by honda pos. My deductable is $5oo  so im gonna have to pay, might as well get my bumper fixed from a pervious hit and run which i was quoted $505.30. F this letme find that little bastard and have so time alone with him :shake:

500 dollar deductable? WOW! I have that too but only if I am in the car at the time. If I am not in it, like in a parking lot or something then the deductable is only 100 bucks.

i had that same window broken a few weeks ago... they took my stereo

it ended up costing me $300 canadian, so whatever that is in american.. probably like $170-190.

yae its gonna cost you some where around $300 but its a good thing you are safe.

Lrguy2 03-03-2002 03:09 PM

quotes so far anywhere from $145-$300 doesnt include retinting the window though

Get a quote first on how much it's going to cost to fix all that stuff, if it works out to be more than your deductible, call the insurance company. But I don't think the tint will be insured though....
