Have you all heard of this? Lojack Now if there was some sort of paging device to let you know how your car is, then it would look good to me. |
On a $20K car no way. On a Bently, ubecha!!! |
guess it doesn't mater to you if YOUR car gets ripped off huh?... |

Any security is good security. That's why it's called security. :) |
I'm glad people agree. |
The only bad thing about lojack is that yes they find your car as long as the thiefs did not find the lojack and usually when they find it, it is in a million peices and then you don't want it back. |
Yea not for a civic but for a BMW M3:) |
hmm...maybe u dont know this but civic's are one of the most cars that are stolen and shipped over seas and so are the tiburon!!!! |
Lojack works, but its a passive system, and your local LEA has to have the equipment to track your car. You'd be better off with an active standalone GPS/AMPS or GPS/GSM tracking system, that you pay a service charge for(17 buck a year), that you can track real time, online, from anywhere in the world. One example of an GPS/AMPS system I'm looking into is the Page Trak II. It runs $599.00 US before install, and you can choose the type of service contract that comes with it. |
