I saw where xC will come with supercharger
 

I was looking through a magazine and there was an ad saying a TRD installed supercharger will be a factory option on the xC.....wow.

xC? I've never heard of it.. maybe because we don't have scions in Canada. What does it look like?

Perhaps you mean the Scion tC.

The supercharger isn't something new. It was always a planned TRD option, but wasn't released until september. Bumps up the car's horsepower to 200 i believe.

I bet you it costs a fortune to get it supercharged... TRD parts are freakin' expensive.

here's a little info for you guys.... the reason why Toyota couldnt use the name xC is b/c it was already used by Volvo.

3 months before the tC came out I went to the dealer to get a price on one... The guy told me it would be 8000 added to the total cost of the car with the super charger package.... You can turbo it for less then half of that.

40 HP isn't worth 8 grand!

Yeah youre dealer was tryin to f uck u over on somethin that hadnt came out yet. Its probably going to be in the $3,500 range and with warranty

No no... he told me it was coming out in the future... I can order it now and get it later.. And its TRD so of course its over priced.

that makes a fully loaded tC w/ SC 21k and that's not OTD. Rather get a ss-cobalt or srt4.

Hell yea.. I'd much rather a SS cobalt... but for resale value the scion wins!
