Destroying a car makes a lot of sense, good job state of Arizona. But if the car was taken from the owner and destroyed, wouldn't the state face legal action from the owner? And another point: if the owner pays these tickets for some crazy reason, why would the state of Arizona kill this cash cow? Would anyone from Arizona care to enlighten me on speeding/impound laws? |

Its really sad but if you notice its already crashed so maybe it was totalled and they sold the engine and then turned into spare metal look at the side is crashed and the wing is already missing but still very very sad |
