Sighting: Porsche Carrera GT
 

holy crap!! i was goin' back home from church yesterday and my friend riding shotgun just started freakin' out of nowhere...and it turns out that there to our right in a parking lot was a silver Carrera GT! I started freaking out. so we pulled over and took alot of pics. that car is loaded w/ carbon fiber. and the interior...is crazy a fcuk!! im gettin' the pics off his phone soon...so i'll post pics.

sweeeet. i saw a red one driving around the other night, but didnt get a long enough look at it :(

There are lots of carrera GTs around my house. That seems to be one of the cars that rich people really really like.

Wow. I parked near one near the Asian market two days ago. That was the closest I've ever been to one. I was joking that we should take a pictures and pretend it was mine.

Yeah, theres a couple where i live as well. Badass cars. Was driving alongside a Ferrari 575 today, beautiful car as well.

lol, me any my friends did that with an nsx. What kind of idiot leaves the top of their car off in the mall parking lot??

theres a Carrera GT around the yonge / eglinton area in toronto, always see it parked (always illigally) on yonge st, infront of snooty resturants

i knew someone would say that...thats why i also stated "i am trying to get the pics". this forum is full of ppl who always bitch whenever there arent pics. or anything of that sort. its hard to find ONE thread where no one is bitchin.

Im from Toronto but I was in Vancouver on the weekend and I saw one that looked like it had fallen of a trailer they had the road blocked off by police and the Carrera Gt was half on a curb and the trailer was in front of it. The front end looked like it was scratched too, it might have been a delivery to a dealership, pretty sad if it was wrecked could have been some guys order. Anyway was my first time seeing one in real life, what an amazing car.

my buddies ex-girlfriends grandpa has one and he took us for a ride. he never opened it up at all, he said it want broken in. i had like 50 miles on it. his wife also drove an evo. they are the coolest old people ever.

I was luckey enough to drive one of the original turbo carrera 911! Awsome turbo lag, punch it-wait-ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. 70 in 2nd (fast) VERY hard to drive on the street.

I read that you were working on it. Post when you get them. Anyone can say they saw anything. Maybe you were just so excited that you had to post that instant :shrug: I'd still like to see those pics. I've only seen a carrera gt at an auto show. Nobody's bitching here. Just stating the fact.
