Anyone notice that on the second listing under the Terms of Sale it says, "Colorado residents are subject to sales tax." WTF? Why? Am I missing something? |

ignorant people... :nono: |
I know how to get the skyline here from Japan. Buy the car...then have the motor taken out. Ship the chassis seperate from the engine. The Chassis is shipped as "parts only" and the engine is shipped...well "engine"or "drive-train". Doing this you avoid all the so called red tape and sidestep the expensive costs of emissions standards in the U.S. I will cost some money but not as much as importing the car complete. |
they made a left hand drive skyline? |
wow...a left hand drive skyline! |
Thats what pisses me off that you can get a skyline most places other than here damn nissan and damn emmisions. |
Skylines cost about 30 grand for the car. Yet legalizing and shipping is what brings the price up to 80,000. |

Does anyone know if you can sidestep the importing red tape by having the car shipped to Canada and going there to pick it up and drive it across the border somewhere? (Not intending on doing this, just curious) |
i wish i had that :( |
