has anyone here tried that+20HP SPEED MOD HONDA CIVIC that has been auctioned of on ebay. it looks like a total joke, but has anyone here tried it. and if so does it work?

Youre right its a joke, its just a radio shack resistor that you somehow tie into your O2 simulator- supposedly tricks your engine into thinking its recieving cold air constantly. Wont add any performance but will reduce your gas mileage significantly.
