Normal fuel trims? Does anyone know what the normal short and long fuel trims should be?... both mine are not osloting ..just sitting at -9.... also "pvc" is about to hit max fail.... and first coil is missing every now and then... both 02s are osolating to gather .SLOWLY so catalytic is shot.... I need to register soon. |

Re: Normal fuel trims? Fuel trims: up to around 20% before codes set. It it's within that range with no codes set then the computer is in control of the fuel delivery. Cat......the rear sensor is supposed to swing very slowly. The PCM will decide when the cat is bad, as long as it does not have any fault codes that could affect cat operation and monitoring (there are many fault codes that would suspend the cat monitor). |
