Hey, i just got a reply from Injen about making the Injen CAI CARB in california..here it is..

We have sent in the CARB application since January and the CARB
facility is
still not finished reviewing and testing. We hope they will be
finished by
next month. If by then we have the CARB #, you can contact us for a

sticker but please make sure you still have a copy of your receipt. We

need proof of purchase.
