lowered 95 dx

Just bought a 95 DX on adjustable coilovers and it fades hard to the right at low speeds took it to a mechanic in town and he's telling me I need special ball joints and possibly control arms.. anybody know anything about this? Advice and help would be greatly appreciated.

By fade do you mean it pulls to the right?
