Blowing Fuses

My son recently bought a 95 civic. And as of yesterday it keeps blowing the fuse for the brake light. We jave no clue where to start. Any suggestions?

need to look for shorts, hacked up wiring, etc. you'll need a multimeter as well
if this is beyond your skill set take it to a shop
